The battle to overcome

The struggle for independence and self-sufficiency is an ongoing battle for black people all around the world. Despite the advancements made in education, politics, and economics, black people are still largely dependent on the white power structure for their basic needs. To truly become a power base, we must build ourselves up independently, economically, educationally, spiritually, socially, and politically.

One of the key aspects of building independence is having the necessary infrastructure and institutions to sustain our communities. A hospital to protect African life, a supermarket for nutrition to preserve African life, education to prepare the next generation of African children, and a bank to finance the building of infrastructure, institutions, and programs are the four key institutions that we need to establish.

Currently, we don’t have these institutions in any location on the face of the earth. We must strive to build these institutions ourselves and make them entirely owned by Africans. This is not an easy task, but it is a necessary one. It requires a collective effort and a strong sense of unity among black people.

To build these institutions, we must first address the issue of economic dependence. We must strive to create businesses that are owned and operated by black people. This means investing in black-owned businesses and supporting them through our purchasing power. We must also encourage entrepreneurship and provide resources and support to aspiring black business owners.

Education is also crucial to our independence. We must prioritize education and ensure that our children are receiving a high-quality education that prepares them for the future. This includes providing resources and support to black educators and creating educational institutions that prioritize black history and culture.

Spiritual and social independence are also important aspects of our liberation. We must prioritize our mental and spiritual health and promote community building and social support systems within our communities. This includes creating safe spaces for black people to come together and celebrate our culture and heritage.

Finally, political independence is essential to our liberation. We must strive to elect officials who prioritize the needs and interests of black people and hold them accountable for their actions. We must also work towards creating a political system that is fair and just for all people.

In conclusion, building independence and self-sufficiency requires a collective effort and a strong sense of unity among black people. We must strive to build the necessary infrastructure and institutions to sustain our communities and work towards economic, educational, spiritual, social, and political independence. Only then can we truly become a power base and break free from the chains of dependence on the white power structure.
